Gold Medalist Arshad Nadeem to get Buffalo Gift from Father-in-law

Arshad Nadeem, who secured a gold medal for Pakistan at the Paris Olympics, continues to receive numerous rewards and recognition from across the country. Among the many gifts, his father-in-law, Muhammad Nawaz, has decided to give him a special and heartfelt present—a buffalo.

Muhammad Nawaz expressed immense pride and joy in Arshad Nadeem’s achievement and shared that the entire family is excitedly preparing for a grand welcome upon his return. Nawaz mentioned, “We will celebrate his success to the fullest with flowers and festivities.”

Regarding the gift, Nawaz explained, “I’m giving my son-in-law a buffalo as a symbol of our love and pride. It’s a special gift—a milk-producing buffalo—which I hope will be meaningful to him.”

Nawaz also talked about his family, revealing that he has seven children: four sons and three daughters. His youngest daughter married Arshad Nadeem six years ago, and they now have three children: two sons and a daughter. Their eldest daughter is in first grade, the older son recently started school, and the youngest is an infant.

Reflecting on Arshad’s early days, Nawaz recalled, “When Arshad married my daughter, he was engaged in small jobs and practiced javelin throwing at home, driven by his passion for the sport.”

He added that his daughter, Arshad’s wife, is a Hafiz-e-Quran, and praised their harmonious relationship, noting that Arshad has always been a pleasant guest.

This personal gesture from Nawaz highlights the deep pride and joy felt by Arshad Nadeem’s family and adds a special touch to the national celebrations of his significant achievement.
