Hina Javed Murder Case Post-Mortem Reveals Fractured Neck, Multiple Injuries

The death of Islamabad resident Hina Javed has sparked widespread concern. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding her death in Rawalpindi.

Hina Javed was found dead inside the bathroom of her home. The incident took place in the Lal Kurti area of Rawalpindi.

Her post-mortem report has raised further questions about the case. The report found a fracture in her neck bone.

Doctors also noted injuries to her ribs and hip. Blood was reportedly found around the membrane surrounding her heart.

The autopsy was conducted around 12 hours after her death. However, doctors have not yet confirmed the exact cause of death.

Forensic samples have been collected from Hina’s body. These include DNA and other material for laboratory testing.

Investigators are waiting for the forensic results. The findings could help establish what happened before her death.

Police initially told doctors that Hina had allegedly been hanged by her husband. However, investigators are examining other circumstances surrounding the incident.

Hina married Faisal Asghar in November 2025. Faisal is the son of retired government official Asghar Ali.

According to his father, disagreements between the couple reportedly started soon after their marriage. Police have restricted his movement while the investigation continues.

Faisal is currently considered the main suspect in the case. He has reportedly taught at several universities.

Police are also questioning domestic worker Zeeshan. Both suspects are currently on a three-day physical remand.

Investigators are examining Faisal’s background as part of the inquiry. Reports say he had discussed cases involving husbands killing their wives during university lectures.

Authorities are expected to investigate whether those discussions have any relevance. However, investigators have not established a connection at this stage.

Hina’s brother also provided details about how the family learned about the incident. He said Hina’s father-in-law called him about an emergency.

He then reached the house with a relative. He reportedly found his sister dead inside the bathroom.

The FIR was registered on August 22 at Civil Lines Police Station. It contains several serious allegations about the circumstances at the scene.

According to the FIR, Hina’s hands were allegedly tied behind her back. A piece of cloth was reportedly placed inside her mouth.

A wire was also allegedly found around her neck. Police have collected 19 items from the scene for investigation.

The collected evidence includes Hina’s mobile phone, wire and rope. Police also recovered an alleged weapon from the location.

DNA samples from the suspects have also been collected. These samples will be examined alongside other forensic evidence.

The investigation is now focused on determining the exact cause of death. Authorities are also examining events that occurred before Hina was found.

For Hina Javed’s family, the forensic findings are expected to be important. They want investigators to establish who was responsible for her death.

The family has appealed to Punjab Police and other authorities. They called for a transparent and impartial investigation.

They also urged officials to examine every aspect of the case. The family wants the investigation conducted without pressure, influence or unnecessary delays.
