Foreigners Detained with Numerous Alcohol Bottles at Islamabad Airport

Customs officials at Islamabad International Airport have confiscated a significant quantity of liquor from foreign nationals. Reports indicate that over two dozen bottles of alcohol were seized from Chinese nationals arriving from China.

An FIR has been filed by the Customs authorities in relation to these liquor cases against the foreign travelers. The strict regulations in Pakistan prohibit the possession and transport of alcohol, especially through airports.
