Judge warns Imran's counsel in Toshakhana case

The Islamabad District and Sessions Court issued a warning to the PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s counsel, stating that if they failed to provide the list of witnesses on the same day, their right to do so would be taken away.
The case being heard by Additional District and Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar pertained to the Toshakhana case against the PTI chief. In court, the election commission’s lawyer, Saad Hassan, along with Imran Khan’s lawyers, Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry and Mirza Asim Baig, were present.

Khalid Yousuf informed the judge that the senior counsel, Khawaja Haris, was occupied in the Supreme Court and requested an extension until noon to submit the witness list. The ECP lawyer pointed out that the list had to be presented in court.
The judge informed the PTI chief’s lawyer that if they failed to submit the list on the same day, their right would be temporarily suspended. Consequently, the court adjourned the hearing until noon.
