Kia Pakistan has announced major price cuts for its Sorento hybrid models. The reductions are available under a limited-time promotional offer. Lucky Motor Corporation (LMC) announced the revised prices on October 7, 2026. The company has linked the offer to its 10th year of operations. It also follows the company reaching sales of 100,000 units in Pakistan and other markets.

Under the new offer, prices have been reduced by up to Rs2.5 million. The Kia Sorento hybrid range now starts at Rs15.499 million. The revised prices are applicable to selected hybrid and plug-in hybrid variants. The Sorento 1.6T FWD HEV has received a reduction of Rs800,000. Its price has dropped from Rs16.299 million to Rs15.499 million.

The Sorento 1.6T AWD HEV has received a much larger cut. Its price has fallen by Rs2.4 million. The variant now costs Rs15.499 million instead of Rs17.899 million. The biggest reduction applies to the Sorento 1.6T AWD PHEV. Its price has been reduced by Rs2.5 million. The variant now costs Rs16.499 million, compared with Rs18.999 million previously.

The new pricing has created a notable difference between the hybrid variants. The FWD HEV and AWD HEV now have the same price of Rs15.499 million. Previously, customers paid Rs1.6 million more for the AWD HEV. The promotional offer has removed that price difference for the limited period.

The PHEV remains the most expensive model among the three discounted variants. However, its new price is only Rs1 million higher than the two HEV models. LMC introduced the Sorento 1.6T AWD PHEV to Pakistan in July. The company launched it as part of its expanding electrified SUV lineup.

The revised prices are listed on an ex-factory basis. This means freight and insurance costs are not included. Customers may also have to pay additional duties and taxes. Any new government charges introduced before delivery will also be payable by customers. Such charges could affect the final amount paid for the vehicle.

The latest cuts come after LMC increased prices for the Sorento hybrid models in August. The increase followed changes to the sales tax structure. The 3.5L V6 version is not included in the latest promotional offer. It remains part of Kia Pakistan’s local Sorento lineup.

The company has not provided a specific end date for the promotion. It has only stated that the revised prices are available for a limited time. The latest move could attract more buyers toward Kia’s larger hybrid SUV options. The equal pricing of the FWD and AWD HEV models may also influence customer choices.

However, the significant price changes could raise concerns among existing owners. Buyers may also become more interested in waiting for future promotional offers before making a purchase.
