PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Department of Education has imposed new restrictions on teachers visiting departmental offices.
The move aims to prevent teachers from leaving schools during official duty hours. The department has also warned of action against those who violate the orders.
According to the directive, teachers can visit the department to address official matters only on specific days. These days are Tuesday and Thursday.
However, teachers must ensure that their visits take place outside school timings. They are not allowed to leave their schools during duty hours for departmental matters.
Teachers Face Action for Violations
The Education Department has clearly directed teachers to follow the new visiting schedule. Officials said departmental action could be taken against those who fail to comply.

The Education Department has also directed District Education Officers (DEOs) to remain present on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
