Provincial Health Services Academy (PHSA) has announced new admissions. This is for the Lady Health Visitor diploma program. The session covers 2026-28.

PHSA operates in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It runs the admission process through public health schools. Applications are open only for female candidates.

Entry Test Schedule

PHSA has announced entry test dates. Tests will take place on October 15 and 16, 2026. Different public health schools have different test dates.

The Peshawar Hayatabad school will hold tests on October 15. The Charsadda Road Peshawar school will conduct tests on October 16. Abbottabad, Swat and Bannu schools will hold tests on October 15.

Eligibility Criteria

Female candidates with Matric Science can apply. They need at least 45 percent marks. Required subjects are Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

FSc Pre-Medical candidates can also apply. They also need 45 percent marks minimum. Age, domicile and merit rules also apply.

Merit and Selection Process

PHSA will prepare merit lists after the entry test. FSc Pre-Medical candidates get merit calculated separately. Matric Science candidates follow their own merit formula.

Hafiz-e-Quran candidates receive extra marks. This bonus follows PHSA’s official rules. All candidates should read the full notice carefully.
