Authorities stressed that early registration is mandatory for all prospective pilgrims. Only those who complete this process will be considered eligible to participate in Hajj 2026.

Registrations can be completed at any of the 15 authorized banks located throughout Pakistan. Once registered, applicants will later have the option to select either the government-managed or a private Hajj scheme.

The ministry further clarified that this mandatory registration also applies to overseas Pakistanis who wish to perform Hajj in 2026.
