For 37 Years, Master Ayub Has Been Educating Islamabad’s Poor Children for Free

For nearly 40 years, Master Ayub has dedicated his life to educating underprivileged children in Islamabad free of charge. Since 1986, Ayub, a firefighter by profession, has been running an open-air school in the F-6 sector. He teaches children after completing his official work hours.

His initiative, often called the “park school,” has helped thousands of students gain education and secure jobs. Despite limited resources, Master Ayub has transformed the lives of many children who otherwise had no access to schooling.

Over the years, Ayub’s selfless efforts have earned him national and international recognition. He has received the Pride of Performance Award from Pakistan and the Commonwealth Points of Light Award for his outstanding contributions to education.

Originally from Mandi Bahauddin, Master Ayub continues to oversee his school even after retirement. He lives nearby to remain close to his students and ensure the continuity of his educational efforts.
