More Opportunities for Women

The recruitment initiative aims to increase female staffing at registration centres, particularly in smaller communities.

Having more women employees could improve access to identity services for female citizens in underserved areas.

The recruitment drive may also provide local employment opportunities for women without requiring them to relocate to major cities.

Increasing female representation at local centres could make registration services more accessible and comfortable for women.
