ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a special service for Pakistanis in Saudi Arabia’s Tabuk region.
NADRA said its Mobile Registration Team will visit Tabuk to provide identity document services. The facility will help Pakistani residents access important registration services locally.
The mobile service will operate on September 11 and 12, 2026. The two-day facility will remain open from 8am to 4pm.
The team will be available at Al Aziziyah Al Qadeema, also known as Old Aziziyah. The location is on King Khalid Road in Tabuk.
The initiative is designed to make identity document services more accessible. It will especially benefit Pakistanis who may face difficulty visiting distant registration centres.
Services Available
Several identity-related services will be offered during the mobile registration visit. These services will mainly focus on overseas Pakistani documentation.
The National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) will be available. Applicants can apply for a NICOP for the first time.
Existing cardholders can also request renewal or modification services. Cancellation and reprint facilities will also be provided.
The Mobile Registration Team will also offer Family Registration Certificate (FRC) services. Applicants can use the facility for their relevant registration needs.
NADRA encouraged Pakistanis in the Tabuk region to benefit from the special facility. The visit is part of efforts to bring services closer to overseas communities.
Meanwhile, NADRA has issued separate guidance regarding children’s B-Forms. The authority advised parents to ensure their children have updated registration certificates.
The new B-Form should include the child’s photograph and fingerprints. This information can help ensure biometric records are available in NADRA’s database.
The authority said biometric information may be missing without the updated B-Form. This could create difficulties when applying for a child’s first CNIC.
Parents facing this issue have been advised to visit a nearby registration centre. They can apply there if the required biometric information is unavailable.
However, some children may already have biometric information linked to their records. This includes photographs, fingerprints and iris scans.
In such cases, parents can apply for the child’s first CNIC through the PakID mobile application. The application can be submitted using the child’s B-Form.
