National Database and Registration Authority has simplified the vaccination card process for Pakistani Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.
NADRA introduced the new procedure in collaboration with Border Health Services and the Ministry of National Health Services.
The process aims to help pilgrims meet vaccination requirements set by the Saudi government. Under the new system, travelers can complete the required process in three main steps.
Biometric Verification and Fee Payment
Pilgrims must first complete biometric verification and pay the prescribed fee.
They can complete both requirements from home using the Pak ID mobile application. Those unable to use the mobile app can visit a nearby e-Sahulat franchise instead.
After completing the process, pilgrims will receive proof of biometric verification and fee payment.
They should keep this certificate available before arriving at the airport.
Pilgrims Must Receive Required Vaccinations
The next step takes place at the airport before departure.
Pilgrims must visit the Federal Government Civil Dispensary counter approved by Border Health Services.
They must present their biometric verification and fee payment certificate at the counter. After verification, eligible travelers will receive the required influenza and meningitis vaccinations.
These vaccinations are part of the health requirements for Pakistani pilgrims traveling to Saudi Arabia. The procedure is designed to make vaccination documentation easier before Hajj and Umrah journeys.
How to Download NADRA Vaccination Card
After receiving the required vaccines, travelers can obtain their official NADRA vaccination card online. The vaccination certificate can be downloaded through the authority’s NIMS portal.
This digital process allows pilgrims to access their vaccination record without completing additional paperwork.
Border Health Services has made the NADRA vaccination card mandatory for Pakistani Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.
The requirement will take effect from September 14, 2026. From that date, travelers without valid proof of vaccination will not be permitted to travel.
Pilgrims planning upcoming journeys should complete the procedure before their scheduled departure.
They should also ensure their biometric verification and fee payment are completed correctly. Travelers can use the Pak ID app or an e-Sahulat franchise for the initial process.
The new system brings biometric verification, vaccination and digital certification into a simplified process.
