ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has formed a fresh three-member panel to oversee the Toshakhana case, which involves former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan. The decision was announced on Friday, and the new bench will now be responsible for conducting the proceedings.
The newly established panel will be headed by Justice Yahya Afridi, accompanied by Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Justice Mussarat Hilali as the other two members. It is worth noting that Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi has replaced Justice Mazahir Ali Naqvi on the bench.

During the previous hearing, it was mentioned that the upcoming session would be scheduled based on the availability of a suitable bench.
The Toshakhana case revolves around accusations of mishandling of gift declarations by public officials, and Imran Khan is one of the individuals implicated in the matter.
