Pakistan has issued a strong warning to Afghanistan, urging Kabul to ensure that its territory is not used by terrorist groups to launch attacks inside Pakistan. Officials emphasized that Pakistan respects Afghanistanโs sovereignty but expects the Afghan government to fulfill its responsibility of preventing militant organizations from operating freely near the border. Islamabad also reiterated its commitment to regional peace and stability, urging enhanced cooperation to counter terrorism.
