The Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA) has announced new government Jobs in Punjab. The vacancies offer salaries of up to Rs. 480,000 per month.
PMA is hiring for seven positions in Lahore and Rawalpindi. The available posts include senior management and driving positions.

The highest-paying post is Director Operations for the Orange Line Metro Rail Transit System. The position is based in Lahore and offers Rs. 480,000 monthly.
PMA is also seeking a Deputy Director IT for the Pakistan Metro Bus System. The position is based in Rawalpindi and carries a salary of Rs. 325,000 per month.
Five Driver positions are also available in Lahore. Each Driver post offers a monthly salary of Rs. 60,000.
Four Driver positions will be filled through open merit. One position is reserved under the minority quota.

The Director Operations position has one available seat. The post is based in Lahore.
The Deputy Director IT position also has one seat. It is located in Rawalpindi.
The remaining five vacancies are for Drivers in Lahore. All five posts offer Rs. 60,000 per month.
These Jobs provide opportunities for candidates with different education levels. However, senior positions require relevant qualifications and experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for Director Operations must hold a Master’s degree. The degree should be in Transportation Engineering or Civil Engineering.
Applicants with relevant Transportation Engineering courses can also apply. The qualification must come from an HEC-recognized institution.
Candidates need at least eight years of relevant professional experience. Experience in leadership roles will be preferred.
Applicants should have experience with transport-related public projects. The maximum age limit for this position is 45 years.
For Deputy Director IT, candidates need 16 years of education. A degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is required.
Applicants must also have eight years of relevant experience. Experience with large-scale IT infrastructure will be preferred.
The maximum age limit for the IT position is also 45 years.
Candidates applying for Driver positions need at least Middle-level education. They must also hold a valid LTV driving licence.
The licence must be recognized by the relevant Punjab authority. The maximum age limit for Drivers is 40 years.
