In a historic move, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced that the upcoming 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will feature full-match Urdu commentary for the very first time. This initiative aims to make the tournament more accessible and enjoyable for local fans across the country.

According to the PCB, every match of HBL PSL 10 will be covered in Urdu, allowing cricket lovers to experience the excitement of the game in Pakistan’s national language. The announcement was made through a press release and has been widely welcomed by fans and analysts alike.

PSL Chief Executive Salman Naseer emphasized the importance of this step in bringing fans closer to the sport. “Cricket is a unifying force in Pakistan, and through it, we want to connect with the hearts of our fans,” he said, calling it a proud and historic moment for the league.

Broadcast details, including the final Urdu and English commentary teams, will be shared closer to the tournament’s opening. Notably, former PCB chairman and prominent commentator Ramiz Raja is reportedly not part of this year’s commentary panel.

The 10th season of the PSL is scheduled to kick off on April 11, promising more inclusivity and national pride for fans.
