In a significant development, the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Riyadh, KSA, has included clinical specialist degrees from Medical Universities of Pakistan in the Senior Registrar Category of their Professional Qualifications Requirements list.
This decision places these degrees alongside FCPS from Pakistan, opening avenues for specialists and consultant doctors from Pakistan to serve in top tiers of medical professionals in Saudi Arabia.
The announcement came following an email sent by the Saudi Health Commission to The General Secretary of Association of University Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan, marking a collaborative effort with HEC Pakistan and the Pakistani embassy in Riyadh.
