Additional Session Judge Muhammad Farid was critically injured in a shooting by armed assailants in Chohar Sharif, Haripur. The judge was attacked while entering a mosque and was swiftly taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Haripurβs district police officer confirmed that three of the four suspectsβGhayoor, Jahangir, and Shehbazβhave been arrested. Efforts are underway to capture the fourth suspect, who remains at large.
