Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of $69 at any Bank Alfalah branch before visiting the embassy.

On the appointment day, applicants must bring the original bank payment receipt, all necessary documents, and copies of the documents uploaded during the online visa application.

Those who have filled out the online visa form but have not received an appointment code are advised to contact the EIMASS help desk at +971 2 418 6999.

After verification, the appointment code will be sent via SMS or email.

Applicants can then visit the provided portal to schedule their appointment date and time by entering their passport number and appointment code.

This new system is intended exclusively for biometric verification and document authentication for visa applications.
