Young Man Dies of Heart Attack In Court After brother’s Bail Rejection

In a tragic incident, a young man suffered a heart attack in court and died after his brother’s bail was rejected in Dadu on Wednesday.

Abdul Wahid had visited the Fourth Additional Sessions Court to attend the bail hearing of his brother. After the court rejected the plea, Abdul Wahid’s health suddenly deteriorated, and he collapsed.

Witnesses reported that Abdul Wahid experienced severe chest pain immediately following the bail rejection. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead shortly afterward. Authorities confirmed the death was caused by a heart attack in court, marking a shocking turn of events.

The incident sparked distress among attendees, highlighting the emotional stress that legal proceedings can impose on family members of defendants. Police and court staff were quick to provide initial assistance before transferring him to medical care.

This is not the first time that violent or traumatic events have occurred in court premises. Earlier this year, in a separate case, a murder suspect brought a weapon into a courtroom and opened fire on two witnesses, killing them instantly while injuring two others. That incident also took place in the Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Aslam’s court, causing fear and concern about safety in courtrooms.

Court officials urged families to take care of their health while attending hearings and emphasized the need for emergency medical support in legal settings. Legal experts suggested that high-stress cases, particularly those involving serious charges, can lead to medical emergencies like heart attacks.

The tragic death of Abdul Wahid serves as a reminder of the emotional toll legal disputes can take on individuals. Authorities are reviewing safety and health measures to prevent similar incidents in the future, ensuring both legal processes and the well-being of attendees are safeguarded.
