An anti-terrorism court (ATC) declared Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur a proclaimed offender on Thursday due to his repeated absences in a vandalism case.
Gandapur was charged in the case at the Hasan Abdal police station, and despite multiple summons, he failed to attend the hearings. As a result, the ATC issued an advertisement declaring him a proclaimed offender.

The court has instructed Gandapur to appear before it on January 21. It’s important to note that the PTI leader is facing several cases, particularly following the November 26 protest.
On December 19, the Rawalpindi ATC indicted Gandapur, former Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, and other PTI leaders in the GHQ attack case. The court also announced that six more individuals will face charges.
During the hearing, PTI Chairman Imran Khan, along with senior leaders like Shibli Faraz, Fawad Chaudhry, and Sheikh Rasheed, were present.
