The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder has decided to form a 14-member political committee directly answerable to him. The committee is expected to include more PTI leaders and will be responsible for formulating the party’s strategy.
During a core committee meeting, various pressing issues were discussed, including legal cases involving the party’s founder and the delay in court proceedings. The committee condemned the postponement of Senate elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and called for timely and fair electoral processes.

Additionally, the committee strongly denounced the harassment of Supreme Court judges and demanded swift action against those responsible. It reiterated demands for the establishment of a full court and live broadcasting of proceedings.
The committee also emphasized the need for urgent resolution of election-related issues and restoration of PTI’s election symbol, “Bat,” by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
