The Blind Cricket Association confirmed the news, revealing that they had been waiting for the NOC for 25 days before the Indian Ministry of External Affairs formally declined the request.
This decision mirrors India’s earlier stance, where the BCCI informed the ICC that India would not travel to Pakistan for the 2025 Champions Trophy, citing government advice.
