According to media reports, the unnamed player acquired the bats from a store in New Jersey, with the owner personally delivering them to New York. However, despite repeated payment requests, the cricketer has allegedly not responded.
A journalist from a private TV channel revealed the claims without naming the player, sparking speculation among fans. Many on social media fear the incident could further tarnish Pakistan cricket’s image.
