PCB Clears Babar, Shaheen, Rizwan for Global Leagues

The Pakistan Cricket Board has granted NOCs to key players like Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi, and Mohammad Rizwan, allowing them to participate in international leagues this summer.

Under PCB rules, centrally contracted players can join only two foreign leagues per year. Approved destinations include the Big Bash League, County Cricket, the Global Super League, and the CPL.

The move aims to balance workload, boost exposure, and prepare players for the ICC T20 World Cup while embracing the realities of modern franchise cricket.
