Fakhar Zaman has reached a significant milestone in his cricket career by launching a cricket academy in Melbourne, Australia. The inauguration ceremony saw the presence of numerous children who engaged in discussions and took pictures with the cricketer.

After concluding Pakistan’s tour of New Zealand, Fakhar Zaman visited Australia with the aim of establishing his own academy. The focus of the academy is to teach players the fundamentals of the sport, and Fakhar Zaman expressed his desire to collaborate with academies in Australia, Dubai, and Pakistan to prepare teams. During the launch event, he mentioned that there is no age limit for joining the academy, emphasizing inclusivity.

Fakhar Zaman aims to facilitate the exchange of tours between teams from Australia, Dubai, and Pakistan. He highlighted the ongoing work on two academies in Pakistan and the induction of many players on a scholarship program. Reflecting on his own cricket career and the challenges he faced, Fakhar Zaman expressed his desire to make the journey easier for aspiring cricketers through his academy.

Notably, Fakhar Zaman had previously established an academy in his hometown, Mardan, as early as 2017. The cricketer, known for his aggressive batting style, recently participated in a five-match T20I series in New Zealand, where Pakistan faced a 4-1 defeat despite his contributions.
