Pakistan’s women’s cricket team is set to commence a training camp in Lahore on Friday as they gear up for the ICC Women’s World Cup Qualifier. The camp, overseen by head coach Mohammad Wasim, will feature 19 players selected by the national women’s selection committee.
This follows the first phase of the training camp, which took place in Faisalabad with 33 players in attendance. However, leg-spinner Tuba Hassan will miss out on the Lahore camp due to a fractured finger, while experienced all-rounder Nida Dar has been included in the squad.
