Meanwhile, the competition for playoff spots remains intense. Lahore Qalandars, Karachi Kings, and Quetta Gladiators are level on six points each, separated only by net run rate. Lahore surged ahead slightly following a narrow win over Multan, while Quetta gained momentum by edging past Karachi and Peshawar in recent thrillers.
At the bottom, Peshawar Zalmi and Multan Sultans are in trouble. Zalmi have only two wins in six games, and Multan’s underwhelming performance — with just one win so far — puts them at serious risk of early elimination.
