Karachi Kings delivered one of the most remarkable performances in Pakistan Super League history on Saturday, pulling off a sensational six-wicket victory over Multan Sultans after chasing down a mammoth 235-run target at the National Bank Stadium.
Multan Sultans looked in complete control after captain Mohammad Rizwan’s unbeaten 105 and Michael Bracewell’s explosive 44 lifted them to a daunting 234-3. However, Karachi Kings staged an unforgettable comeback, turning the game on its head despite an early collapse.

James Vince and Khushdil Shah stitched together a stunning 142-run fifth-wicket partnership — the highest in Karachi’s PSL history — to guide the team to victory with four balls remaining. Vince’s blistering 101 off 43 balls, the third-fastest century in PSL history, earned him the Player of the Match award.
The game saw multiple records shattered, including the highest-ever match aggregate between the two sides (470 runs) and Karachi becoming the first team in T20 history to chase 236 or more after losing three wickets in the powerplay.
Despite the loss, Rizwan reached a personal landmark, becoming Multan’s all-time leading six-hitter, while Adam Milne endured a rough night, recording the most expensive bowling spell in Karachi Kings’ PSL history.
