Quetta Gladiators Face Islamabad United in 9th Match of PSL 2026

LAHORE – Quetta Gladiators will clash with Islamabad United in the 9th match of PSL 2026 at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, today. The game is set to begin at 2:30 pm, with both teams aiming to improve their positions on the points table.

Currently, Quetta Gladiators sit in fifth place with two points, having won one of their two matches. Islamabad United are at sixth with one point after their match against Multan Sultans was abandoned due to rain. They suffered a previous loss to Multan Sultans in the tournament.

In Wednesday’s match, Sahibzada Farhan scored his ninth T20 and second HBL PSL century, guiding Multan Sultans to a 226-run target against Hyderabad Kingsmen. Multan chased the target successfully with six wickets in hand and eight balls remaining, marking the fifth-highest chase in PSL history.

The Kingsmen have now lost all three of their matches in PSL 2026, while Multan Sultans recorded their second consecutive win. Their strong performance included the fourth-highest powerplay score in PSL history – 83 runs – and a blazing opening partnership of 104 runs between Sahibzada Farhan (106*) and Steven Smith (46).
