Key updates:
- Apple Intelligence Default: Previously optional, Apple Intelligence now comes enabled by default, offering features like Visual Intelligence to add events from images and tools for plant and animal identification.
- Notification Summary Tweaks: Summaries now use italicized text for clarity, with direct management options on the lock screen. News and entertainment app summaries are temporarily disabled due to earlier inaccuracies.
The update also brings Genmoji support and AI refinements for macOS users. Currently in beta, Apple Intelligence is available in select English-speaking regions.
