Pakistan’s internet speeds are set for a major upgrade with the installation of a 45,000-kilometre undersea cable, part of the 2Africa Pearls project. The cable, offering 180 terabits per second capacity, will connect Pakistan to Africa and 32 other countries, doubling the nation’s digital bandwidth.
