Minister Shaza Fatima Khawaja called the project a “transformative step” in Pakistan’s digital future, while Binance’s Bader Al Kalooti said the partnership would empower a new wave of blockchain talent.

The programme builds on earlier efforts that trained 3,000 students in three provinces, now expanding to national scale. Pakistan joins over 20 countries participating in GUOP, which aims to train 1 million students globally by 2026.
