A SpaceX Starship rocket exploded after losing contact during its eighth test flight, triggering airport closures and debris warnings. The uncrewed mission suffered a “rapid unscheduled disassembly” over the Caribbean Sea, delaying flights at Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports.
