Xiaomi launches Redmi 15 In Pakistan Ahead of Note 15 series

Xiaomi has launched the Redmi 15 in Pakistan ahead of the much-awaited Redmi Note 15 and Note 15 Pro. The new device has been quietly listed on Mistore Pakistan’s website for Rs46,000. The variant comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, giving buyers a mid-range option before the flagship Note lineup hits the shelves.

The timing of this launch puts Pakistan ahead of some other markets, as Xiaomi usually prioritizes global rollouts. This suggests the brand sees strong demand for affordable mid-range devices in the country.

The Redmi 15 is built around a 6.9-inch Full HD+ DotDisplay with up to 144Hz refresh rate, making it ideal for video streaming and social media. It runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 685 processor, an older but reliable chipset for daily tasks like messaging, browsing, and video playback.

On the camera front, the phone offers a 50MP main sensor supported by an auxiliary lens, while the front houses an 8MP selfie camera with HDR and portrait modes. While not flagship-level, the setup is suitable for casual users.

A major highlight is the massive 7000mAh battery with 33W fast charging, allowing extended use without frequent charging breaks. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, AI face unlock, Dolby Atmos audio, and Xiaomi’s latest HyperOS 2.

The launch also follows the Redmi 15C series, which was recently released in Pakistan with more budget-friendly pricing starting from Rs32,000. Compared to the 15C, the Redmi 15 offers a larger battery, higher-resolution display, and improved software support.

By releasing the Redmi 15 in Pakistan ahead of the Note 15 series, Xiaomi aims to keep its mid-range segment competitive. For everyday users seeking long battery life, a big display, and balanced performance, the device provides good value.

With the Note 15 lineup expected soon, Xiaomi’s move positions Pakistan ahead in the company’s broader strategy to cover all price segments.
