A tragic incident occurred in Lahore’s Chung area, where a brother fatally shot his sister following a dispute over a delay in serving food.
The victim, a schoolteacher, lost her life as the suspect fled the scene.

The police, acting on a complaint filed by the victim’s mother, have registered a case and initiated a search to apprehend the suspect.
Hina Parvez Butt, Chairperson of the Punjab Women Authority, visited the victim’s family to extend her condolences.
She assured them that swift action would be taken to ensure the immediate arrest of the accused and deliver justice.
