Iran achieves new space milestone with heaviest payload launch

Iran successfully launched its Samān-1 transfer module into orbit on December 6, marking a national record with a 300 kg payload. The mission, using the Simorgh rocket, achieved an elliptical orbit between 300 km and 410 km.
