Safety awaerness campaign by Rawalpindi traffic police

On Tuesday, the Rawalpindi City Traffic Police (CTP) initiated a traffic awareness program. As per a media report, the Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Taimoor Khan mentioned that they are educating students, colleges, institutions, and individuals about adhering to traffic regulations.
To achieve this, CTP’s mobile Education Unit is conducting special sessions on traffic laws and road safety specifically for schoolchildren. Additionally, banners have been displayed along crucial routes in the town to inform drivers about traffic rules.

Moreover, the department has taken the initiative to raise awareness among over 30,000 motorcyclists about the importance of wearing helmets.
They have also urged the public to cooperate in upholding the law and ensuring the safety of drivers.
