CDA Announces Major Administrative Reshuffle with New Transfers and Postings

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced a new round of transfers and postings across several departments. The changes have been approved by CDA Chairman Suhail Ashraf as part of an administrative reshuffle.

According to an official notification, the CDA has reassigned multiple officers to improve departmental performance and streamline operations.

Grade-19 officer Malik Azhar has been transferred from Director Solid Waste to Director Administration. This move is part of the wider restructuring process within the authority.

Grade-18 officer Ali Murtaza has been appointed as Director Waste Management. He was previously serving as Deputy Director Waste Management.

The CDA also shifted Grade-17 officer Idrees Anjum from Deputy Director Environment Urban-II to Deputy Director Administration.

Another officer, Liaqat Hayat, has been transferred from Assistant Director DMA to Assistant Director Administration.

In other changes, Badr Maqsood, who was awaiting posting, has now been appointed as Assistant Director Transport.

At the same time, Assistant Director Transport Abdul Rahim has been directed to report to the Human Resource Directorate (HRD).

The reshuffle also includes the placement of a Grade-16 Sanitary Inspector, who had been awaiting posting. His services have now been handed over to the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI).

The CDA has also transferred Irfan Khan as Deputy Director Estate Management-II. Aqeel Zardari has been appointed as Deputy Director Coordination.

Assistant Director Karamatullah has been moved from the Coordination department to Estate Management-II.

Meanwhile, Hina Abrar has been shifted from Estate Management-II to Coordination.

Junior Assistant Rizwan Yousaf has been posted to Estate Management-I as part of the latest changes.

The official notification has directed all officers and employees to hand over their current duties immediately. They have also been instructed to assume their new responsibilities without delay.

After completing the transfer process, all concerned officers must submit charge relinquishment and joining reports to the Human Resource Directorate.
