British-Pakistani Woman Hits Motorway Officer With Car In Rawalpindi

A British-Pakistani woman driver is facing charges after allegedly speeding and hitting a patrolling officer on the Islamabad Motorway. The incident occurred at the main toll plaza, leading to a case being filed against her at Nasirabad Police Station.

According to police reports, Patrol Officer Muhammad Kamran stopped the British-Pakistani woman at the Islamabad Motorway toll plaza for driving at 132 km/h, exceeding the speed limit of 120 km/h. The woman reportedly responded with threats and abusive language. A 20-year-old man in the passenger seat presented the officer with the woman’s British driving license, confirming her identity.

The motorway police issued a Rs 2500 fine for speeding, which was paid. However, the woman allegedly then ran over the officer’s right foot and fled the scene.

Rawalpindi Police have confirmed that a case has been registered against the woman for hit-and-run, making threats, and violating the National Highway Safety Act. They are actively pursuing her arrest using the provided identification and vehicle registration information.
