On Saturday, the gold price in Pakistan fell for the second consecutive day.
The All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) reported a Rs100 drop in the price of 24-karat gold per tola, bringing it to Rs250,000. The price of 10-gram 24-karat gold also decreased by Rs857, now at Rs214,335. Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22-karat gold fell to Rs196,473.

The international gold market also saw a decline, with the global rate dropping by $15 to $2,400 per ounce on Saturday, as per APGJSA.
Conversely, the local silver price increased by Rs70, reaching Rs2,920 per tola.
Market analysts point to various factors such as international market fluctuations, currency exchange rates, and economic conditions for the gold price trends. These changes may impact investment decisions and consumer behavior in the coming days.
