Schools in Sindh Are Set to Resume Classes Following an Extended Summer Vacation

Schools in Sindh will reopen tomorrow as the extended summer break ends. Both government and private institutions will resume classes, marking the start of the new academic year.

Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Shah has urged students to approach the year with renewed focus and dedication, stressing the importance of hard work for academic success.

He also called on teachers to take their roles seriously, noting recent improvements in the education system due to merit-based teacher recruitment and innovative reforms like the teacher’s license program.

Originally set to reopen on August 1, schools had their summer vacation extended to August 14 due to extreme heat and rain forecasts.

With preparations now complete, the Sindh Education Department is ready to welcome students back.
