Application Process

Each participating university will designate a focal person to oversee the registration process and ensure smooth communication with the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Loan Details
The scheme offers laptops on easy, interest-free installments. Loans are categorized into three tiers:
- Basic: Up to PKR 150,000
- Medium: Up to PKR 300,000
- Advanced: Up to PKR 450,000
Repayment is spread over several years, removing the upfront financial burden of owning a laptop.
