Oman-Saudi Arabia G7 Company: New Bilateral Venture

MUSCAT – Oman and Saudi Arabia have announced the formation of a joint company named Oman-Saudi Arabia G7 company. The agreement was revealed during the Oman-Saudi Arabia Business Forum at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre on Wednesday.

The forum gathered government officials, business leaders, and investors from both countries. Its goal was to enhance economic cooperation and identify opportunities in trade, investment, and industrial integration.

Organized by the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) with the Federation of Saudi Chambers, the event highlighted various support programs for businesses. Omani representatives showcased services available through OCCI, including incentives under the β€œInvest Oman” platform and opportunities promoted by the Oman Investment Authority and Madayn Industrial Estates.

Saudi participants shared insights into the Kingdom’s investment environment. They focused on economic reforms, regulatory updates, and priority sectors identified under Saudi Vision 2030.

A key discussion, titled β€œThe Reality and Prospects of Economic Integration and Cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” examined ways to expand bilateral trade, encourage industrial partnerships, and strengthen private-sector collaboration.

The forum also included B2B meetings, allowing business owners from both countries to explore direct agreements and strategic collaborations.

In a major highlight, the Oman-Saudi Arabia G7 company was officially announced. Managed by Serapis Entertainment Group, the venture will focus on tourism promotion, brand and franchise marketing, and organizing conferences, exhibitions, and international festivals. The company is expected to boost investment and collaboration in key sectors, contributing to economic growth in both countries.

The establishment of β€œG7” reflects the growing economic ties between Oman and Saudi Arabia. Analysts say the initiative could strengthen bilateral trade and create new opportunities in tourism and industrial sectors.
