Gold Prices In Pakistan See a Slight Decline

On Wednesday, gold prices in Pakistan saw a slight decrease of Rs900, bringing the cost of 24-karat gold to Rs240,600 per tola. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs771, now costing Rs206,276. The 22-karat gold also experienced a reduction, with 10 grams priced at Rs189,086.

These changes are closely tied to fluctuations in the US Dollar, highlighting the strong correlation between currency values and gold prices, and showing how global economic factors impact local gold markets.

In contrast, the price of 24-karat silver remained steady at Rs2,850. On the international market, gold rates dropped significantly by $13, now priced at $2,313 per ounce.
