Mohsin Dawar Claims Lead but Alleges Rigging Attempts

Mohsin Dawar, chief of the National Democratic Movement (NDM), declared that he was leading in his constituency of NA-40, North Waziristan. However, he raised concerns about “blatant attempts” to rig the final results.

Dawar stated that 27 presiding officers were being held hostage at Shewa Qila, with Frontier Corps (FC) personnel allegedly forcing them to sign blank Form-45. The situation indicates challenges to the electoral process and concerns about potential irregularities in the final results.
