Chahat Fateh Ali Khan, the singer known for his humorous performances on social media, has shared his thoughts on the recent struggles of the Pakistani cricket team. In an interview with a private TV channel, he questioned the team’s performance, especially after their defeats to the USA and Bangladesh in the T20 World Cup. “I think the cricketers have stopped drinking milk,” he quipped.
Drawing from his own experiences, Fateh Ali Khan advised the national players to focus on their diet, emphasizing the importance of consuming yogurt, fruits, and milk. He recalled, “When I used to play cricket, I drank milk twice a day, which kept me fit.”

He acknowledged that every team goes through a rough patch, referencing the Indian cricket team’s past difficulties. “I’m not sure if it’s a lack of morale or something else with the Pakistan team. Whatever cricketers do, they should do it with joy; success will follow,” he added.
Fateh Ali Khan, whose real name is Kashif Rana, was once a first-class cricketer in Pakistan. He played for Lahore in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy during the 1983 and 1984 seasons, participating in two first-class matches. Afterward, he moved to the UK in search of better opportunities and played club cricket there for 12 years.
