Hassan Shah, the mastermind behind the honey trap scheme targeting writer Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar, has been arrested along with his accomplice Rafiq in Peshawar. Shah is a central figure in a 12-member gang, including women, involved in honey trapping.
The gang had leaked an objectionable video of Khalil-Ur-Rehman Qamar, which led to public outrage. Shah claimed that Qamar’s visit to the woman’s house was for inappropriate reasons rather than for scriptwriting.
