Seven Punjab Labourers Shot Dead in Balochistan’s Panjgur

At least seven labourers from Punjab were shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Balochistan’s Panjgur district, police reported late Saturday. The victims were residing in a house in the Khuda-i-Abadan area when the attackers opened fire, leaving seven dead and one person wounded.

The labourers, hailing from different areas of Punjab, were working in the district at the time of the attack. Local police have launched an investigation, but the motive and identity of the attackers remain unknown.

Security forces have cordoned off the area, and the bodies have been moved to a local hospital for identification and post-mortem. The incident has raised concerns over the safety of workers in the region, which has experienced ongoing unrest.
