The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has announced the date sheet for the SSC Second Annual Examination 2026.
The schedule covers both SSC Part I and SSC Part II students. It includes written examinations and Practical-Based Assessment (PBA) papers.
According to the announced schedule, the exams will begin on Thursday, September 24, 2026. The date sheet was issued by the board on September 1.
Students can check the complete schedule through the official FBISE website. They should carefully review their subject names and paper codes.
FBISE SSC Second Annual Exam 2026 Schedule
The examination is being conducted for students of Classes 9 and 10. Candidates must report to their examination centres by 2:00 p.m.
The evening papers will start at 2:30 p.m. They will continue until 5:30 p.m.
The first examination will be held on September 24. Chemistry-II and General Mathematics-II are scheduled for the opening day.
The PBA papers will continue until October 24, 2026. Other practical examinations will start from October 27.
Students should also check their roll number slips before appearing in any paper. The date sheet contains different paper codes and examination schemes.
SSC Part II Main Examination Dates
The SSC Part II written examinations will begin with Chemistry-II and General Mathematics-II on September 24.
Physics-II will be conducted on September 26. English-II is scheduled for September 28.
Islamiyat-II and Ethics-II will be held on September 30. Pakistan Studies-II is scheduled for October 2.
Biology-II and Computer Science-II will take place on October 6. Mathematics-II and General Science-II will follow on October 9.
The Urdu-II examination will be held on October 16.
Other subjects are also included in the detailed date sheet. Students should follow the paper codes mentioned on their roll number slips.
SSC Part I Main Examination Dates
SSC Part I examinations will begin on September 25. Biology-I and Computer Science-I are scheduled for the first day.
Chemistry-I will be held on September 29. Urdu-I is scheduled for October 1.
Translation of the Holy Quran-I, Ethics-I and Islamiyat-I will take place on October 3.
English-I will be conducted on October 5. Physics-I is scheduled for October 8.
Mathematics-I and Education-II will be held on October 12. Pakistan Studies-I and relevant religious education papers are scheduled for October 15.
FBISE Practical and PBA Examination Schedule
The date sheet also includes Practical-Based Assessment papers for several science subjects.
These include Biology, Physics, Chemistry and Computer Science. Some PBA papers are specifically meant for failure and improvement candidates.
Such papers will have a duration of 45 minutes. Combined PBA papers for certain science subjects will last two hours.
The board will start practical examinations for other subjects from October 27, 2026. Further practical details will be provided where required.
Important Instructions for Students
Students must arrive at their examination centres before the reporting time. They should carry their roll number slips and follow all examination instructions.
The board has prohibited mobile phones inside examination centres. Smartwatches and similar electronic devices are also not allowed.
Candidates should verify every subject against their roll number slips. This is especially important because the date sheet includes different courses and paper patterns.
For students appearing from institutions outside Pakistan, the examinations will follow the synchronized timing announced by the board.
